What is career coaching?
Career coaching can be focused on a variety of career growth-related topics that includes exploring career options for young adults entering the job market, career changes, and personal development changes. If you are at a crossroads and don’t know what you should do next or if you have been hopping from job to job and not found the satisfaction you want and expect from a job, career coaching is for you.
How is Elevate360 Coaching LLC different from other career coaching services?
At Elevate360 Coaching LLC, we utilize creativity to provide a range of tools that help clients navigate the workforce in a manner that makes sense for them as individuals. Coach SK is career-focused, not job-focused because she doesn’t want you to feel unfulfilled as you job hop. Elevate360 Coaching LLC works with clients to identify your strengths and weaknesses so that we can identify careers that are ideal for you. We work to prepare you for those roles through online job searches, resume and cover letter preparation, mock interviews, etc.
What should I expect in a session?
When you engage in a career coaching session with Elevate360 Coaching LLC, you are establishing a professional relationship with Coach SK. You can expect sessions to last 60 minutes during which, you will be asked a series of questions unique to you that help explore, define, and pursue your career goals. You should also expect ‘homework’ that you will do outside of sessions to help bring your career dream to reality. You can also expect working coaching sessions, where we will collaborate to complete tasks, such as polishing your resume.
What if I’m not satisfied with my coaching session?
When you engage in a professional coaching relationship and contract with Elevate360 Coaching LLC, communication is key. We have a philosophy that we ask you to employ which is simply, “Don’t Ask. Don’t Get.” That means, if you are not getting what you expected out of your coaching session, please speak up and let Coach SK know. She is extremely passionate about making a difference in the lives of those she works with and will do what she can to make it right.
What happens between session?
You can expect to do work independently between sessions that you will bring to future sessions for discussion. At Elevate360 Coaching LLC, you can also expect to hear from Coach SK, either by text or email to check in and provide encouragement.
Ask us about our scholarship package!
We recognize that high school and college students may not have the financial resources to afford career coaching. Therefore, Elevate360 Coaching LLC offers a scholarship package which consists of six sixty minute sessions at a cost of only $75 per session. There is an application that needs to be completed to earn the scholarship and we offer a total of twelve scholarship packages per year.
